Language is a powerful tool for communication and often its associated with Pride, culture, ethnicity and essentially who you are.
I always love to read, write and talk in Tamil/Tamizh ( My Native Language & One of the Worlds Oldest Language in existence) and easily thats my first love. Its natural that i think in the same language even when i write software programs and translate that to english. When i speak in english i am doing a real-time translation of what i am thinking in tamil.
Having traveled 8674 miles from Chennai to San Jose, i speak a lot of tamil daily but dont write that much in tamil ever since i started using keyboard to write instead of pens. So to quench my thirst to write tamil i was looking for ways to post in tamil easily without needing to transliterate somewhere else and paste it in another place.
If you are using Google Chrome as your default browser, you can install the Plugin Google Input Tools (by Google) and you can rock the web in your language.
More the you go local the more international you become.
Click on the Plugin Icon on the Right Side of your address bar and select Extension Options.

Spotlight is a YUI gallery module which is build for the more common usablity of viewing thumbnail pics in a larger version. It could be extended to any more structured html as well.
It takes two templates, one for thumbnail version and one for the spotlight ( bigger version of selected thumbnail) part. The data is expected in json array format and it also provides few other options, which will be explained below. Upon providing the data and templates, the modules builds a UI with a thumbnail list in a carousel and currently selected thumbnail related data will be shown in the spotlight with the template provided. Currently both the template and data are mandatory. There are only two params which are mandatory ( data & containerId) and rest of the params have default values.
You can always overwrite the CSS to achieve the design you want.

Like lots of other craze writing blogs is the new craze i got into…. then i thought to myself what am i going to write or say….
never mind its my blog and i have to just escape from my friends so i thought i would write watever they have said Never go on time for anything…. be 5 mins late atleast… who knows there might be a bomb scheduled to blast… give it a pause guys……idhuvum kadhandu pogum ( read it in sivakumar style) Plan to do things diffrently each day….
never do the same routine everyday, you may not know how many are watching you, havent you heard this dialogue in tamil films "Avan inda vazhiya dan seriya 6.45ku varuvan, inda tea kadaila osi paper padipan" etc…. Save your life…. i have given useful tips…. courtesy my brilliant friends..
